Karena ibunya adalah seorang pengarah paduan suara di gereja, Usher Raymond IVakhirnya harus belajar menyanyi dan bergabung dalam paduan suara gereja. Sat itu penyanyi R&B kondang ini baru berusia 6 tahun.

Setelah pindah ke Atlanta, Usher mulai mengikuti beberapa talent show yang akhirnya membawanya ke popularitas. Saat mengikuti salah satu talent show di tahun 1992, Usher bertemu dengan Bryant Reid, saudara dari produser R&B Antonio Reid. Dari pertemuan inilah Usher kemudian mendapatkan kontrak rekaman.

Album pertamanya, USHER tak terlalu sukses di pasar namun album kedua Usher yang dilepas 3 tahun kemudian berhasil membawa nama Usher ke jajaran para penyanyi R&B top. Album berjudul MY WAY ini berhasil terdongkrak penjualannya akibat single suksesnya You Make Me Wanna.

Justin Drew Bieber adalah seorang penyanyi pop muda asal Kanada.

Lahir di Strartford, Ontario 1 Maret 1994 dan dibesarkan seorang diri oleh ibunya, Pattie Malette, Justin memiliki bakat dan minat musik yang cukup tinggi. Dia menguasai terompet, piano, gitar, dan drum yang dipelajarinya sendiri sejak kecil. Pada usia 12 tahun, Justin mengikuti kontes menyanyi di kotanya, Stratford, dan memenangkan juara kedua. Sejak itu dia mulai mendokumentasikan penampilannya dan mengunggahnya di Youtube, untuk teman-teman yang tak sempat melihatnya tampil. Tak lama, Usher setuju mengorbitkannya melalui label rekaman Island Record pada Oktober 2008. Untuk memantapkan karir musiknya Bieber dan ibunya pindah ke Atlanta.

Album pertama Bieber yang dirilis pada bulan Juli 2009, MY WORLD, mendapat sambutan cukup meriah. Hit single pertamanya, ONE TIME, yang menampilkan Ushersebagai vocal guest menduduki peringkat 20 besar tangga lagu Kanada dan Amerika.

Single-single yang dirilis selanjutnya mendapat sambutan tak kalah meriah. ONE LESS LONELY GIRL, LOVE ME, dan FAVORITE GIRL, menduduki peringkat 40 besar Hot Bilboard. MY WORLD juga mendapat Platinum dan Golden di Amerika dan Kanada.

Untuk mempromosikan albumnya, Bieber melakukan serangkaian penampilan penting. Saat Natal 2009, Bieber tampil di Gedung Putih di hadapan Presiden Barrack Obamadan istrinya. Bieber juga tampil di MTV dan beberapa acara live lain seperti Saturday Night Live dan Kids Choice Awards.

Grup yang personilnya terdiri dari tiga bersaudara ini terbentuk sekitar tahun 2005. Awalnya Nick Jonas yang sat itu baru berusia 6 tahun mendapat kesempatan untuk bernyanyi secara profesional. Di usia tujuh tahun, Nick sudah tampil di Broadway.

Sekitar tahun 2005, Nick memutuskan untuk mengajak dua saudaranya Kevin Jonas danJoe Jonas untuk membentuk sebuah grup. Awalnya nama yang dipilih adalah Sons of Jonas yang akhirnya berubah menjadi Jonas Brothers.

Dengan formasi ini, Jonas Brothers telah merilis tiga album, IT'S ABOUT TIME (2006);JONAS BROTHERS (2007), dan A LITTLE BIT LONGER (2008).

Single ini pun berhasil menduduki Top 10 Hit pada Billboard Hot 100 di September 2008. Bahkan di Oktober 2008, album ketiga Mraz mampu terjual lebih dari 500 ribu copy hanya di Amerika saja.
